The advent of global organizational networking has given rise to new forms of innovation, which play a crucial role in determining the survival and success of organizations. As a result of advanced globalization and growing global competition, the organizational landscape is undergoing significant changes. (Story et. al, 2015).The global value chain is a network of organizations that connect individuals in the global economy, centered around a specific commodity or product. (Armando et. al, 2016). External environmental factors influence firms’ decision-making process when it comes to global networking (Boso et. al, 2013). Establishing a strategic alliance is a highly efficient method for a business to enter a secondary market or evaluate a partnership with another business. Identifying the appropriate ally entails locating a company that not only shares a common mission and vision, but also aligns with the core values of the companies involved. (Leonard, 2018). One advantage of a strategic alliance is the potential to identify potential buyers for your product in different locations. However, a disadvantage of such an alliance is that products and services may not align well with different cultural contexts on a global level (Emma, 2018).
